Djinn

A white shirt hangs above a metal ventilation grate. A strong jet of smoke, light and music bursts randomly from the ground causing the shirt to dance for a few seconds to snippets of Michael Jackson's music. The sound, light, smoke and wind abruptly stop and the shirt resumes its initial form.

This installation is a seance: an attempt to channel Michael Jackson's spirit (djinn).
